Sap from the Kithul flower is sourced from naturally growing Kithul palms according to scientific clean production methods that conform to standards advocated by the Authorities. This process ensures a superior product with uniform colour, thickness and flavor. Sap is then heated and concentrated to the required colour and thickness (viscosity), to manufacture ‘treacle’.
The treacle is further concentrated via heating to obtain the required texture for production of Jaggery. It is then poured into moulds of required shapes.
