Description

Garlic Paste is made by grinding garlic or mash garlic together. Garlic Paste is just pureed garlic Cloves with a bit of oil that you can keep in the fridge or freezer and use as needed. It’s a “trick” or “Pulp” that makes it so much easier use to cook food daily. Many Sri Lankans use this garlic pulp in their food preparation. Garlic Paste prepares from the Garlic Cloves and Garlic is a plant in the Onion family that’s grown for its distinctive taste and health benefits. It contains sulfur compounds, which are believed to be responsible for some of those health benefits.  Garlic grows in many parts of the world and is a popular ingredient in cooking, due to its strong smell and delicious taste. However, throughout ancient history and even today the main use of garlic in the Asian region is for its health and medicinal properties. In history its use was well documented by many major civilizations, including the Egyptians, Babylonians, Greeks, Romans, and Chineseand Indians.  Scientists now widely accept andknow that most of garlic’s health benefits are caused by sulfur compounds formed when a garlic clove is chopped, crushed, or chewed. The sulfur is one of main component and the sulfur compounds from garlic enter your body from the digestive tract. They then travel all over your body, exerting strong biological effects.
