Ambulthiyal is the Sinhalese word for a very distinct fish curry and it is one of the traditional Sri Lankan ways of cooking fish. It’s cooked using a spice blend that turns the outer part of the fish black in color. At the same time, it is a traditional way of preserving fish that is a very versatile dish that every Sri Lankan loves. The basic spices only need GarciniaCambogia (Goraka), Black Pepper, and salt. But over time, people added some add-ons on their own little twists and now there are so many variations of Ambulthiyal. This mixer is an authentic blend and insists on traditional stuff. Ambulthiyal, which is a dish unique to the Southern Province, Sri Lanka, is currently a very popular and delicious dish among the Sri Lankans population and all over the world.
